Inon Float Arms

Underwater weights of INON products can be found here.

Great buoyancy

The Inon Float Arm uses weather-resistant ABS material for its component arm body to lighten total weight creating extraordinary buoyancy compared to solid arm type arm with its hollow arm body design. The hollow arm body not only helps weight trimming but also provides extra buoyancy.

Wide variety of float arm

Float Arm systems have a line-up five different types; [Float Arm] of standard 50mm / 2in diameter with three different lengths and [Mega Float Arm] of 95mm / 3.8in diameter with two different lengths. The new INON Float Arm system provides the perfect solution to offset the underwater weight of your camera system depending on shooting style, conditions.

Secure and stable gripping

The Float Arm is fully compatible with existing INON Arm II system with its high-precision machined aluminium alloy ball joint providing perfect balance between stable clamping and stress-free handling thanks to ozone-proof and weather-proof silicon rubber O-rings. Your INON Arm II system is fully compatible with the new Float Arm.

  • ABS resin / corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy / rubber etc.

Update 18/12/2020: There are some production delays at present that may increase wait times on items like housings. We apologise for the inconvenience. If there are any delays with your order, we will communicate this immediately.

Update October 2020: Delays with local couriers are common. For the latest updates on shipping, check out NZPOST's website here.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

That depends on where you live and whether we have an item in stock or not. While we do have many items in stock, we don't carry everything. If you need an item in a hurry, it's a good idea to contact us and find out if your item is in stock.

If we have it in stock, we can usually send it out as soon as we receive payment, or you can pick it up. If an item is not in stock, we'll need to order it from our suppliers, which means it can take 1-2 weeks to arrive at your door (usually closer to a week).

Sometimes delivery can take longer, if our manufacturers are out of stock, for example, but this is unusual - we let customers know as soon as possible if something like this happens.

How do you ship my orders?

We use New Zealand Post and CourierPost to ship orders. Our default is courier, though you may organise an alternative with us by contacting us directly. CourierPost aims for next day delivery nationwide between major towns and cities in the North Island. South Island delivery can take two days. If you require next-day delivery in South Island, choose the express shipping option for the South Island. If you spend over $250 get your shipping for free!

When you buy something from us, the price is literally exactly what it says on the tin.

If you buy something from an overseas supplier, that is most definitely not the case. While the product might seem like a great deal on screen, it's important to understand customs and import costs.

In addition to the ticket price on an overseas purchase, whatever the exchange rate is on the day (this can fluctuate wildly - trust us, we know), there are also tariffs, GST and border processing fees. This can easily add upwards of 25% to the ticket price. Items costing over NZ$1000 also incur import entry transaction fees.

In addition to these extra costs, Customs clearance can also cause delays. Sea Tech has been importing for years - we've got this down to a fine art, and we've built relationships with customs that help our items clear quickly.

By buying from Sea Tech, you avoid all the headaches, delays and extra costs. We handle all this stuff for you, so you don't even have to think about it.

      Want to know more?

These Nauticam housings are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-cancellable, and may be subject to extended lead times as they are manufactured on demand. We always do our best to meet trip deadlines so please advise us if you have a trip coming up!
