We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the products you have ordered. If you have any concerns please contact us immediately so that we can rectify any problems you may have. Most problems are easily fixed with good communication!
You can return most items sold by Sea Tech within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return postage cost if the return is a result of our error.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged or incorrect goods
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please advise us immediately so that we can rectify the problem. Please advise the number of items you are returning and the reason for the return, and if you require a replacement or a refund.
Incorrect item or missing an item
Please notify us within seven day of receiving incorrect items or items missing within the order. Sea Tech will pay the postage for the incorrect goods to be returned and will send the correct item free of any postage charges.
Items not received
To receive a refund or to have an item resent because you have not received your order you must notify Sea Tech within 30 days of placing an order. The exception is if a product has been delayed due to supply problems. You will be notified if there is a problem with supply when you place your order.
