Inon UCL-67 M67 & UCL-67 LD

The UCL-67 series is designed best suited with 60mm-100mm macro lens for full-frame digital SLR delivering ultra high magnification yet high image quality and comfortable working distance for lighting.

  • UCL-67 M67 Underwater Close-up Lens (screw mount type)
  • UCL-67 LD Underwater Close-up Lens (28LD compatible bayonet type)

The new UCL-67 close-up lens is equivalent to +15 diopter designed to use for macro lens range of 60mm – 100mm (35mm film equivalent) with digital SLR, mirrorless system as well as for high-end compact system (max. optical zoom 5x).

When used with Nikon 105mm (AF-S VR Micro-Nikkor 105mm f/2.8G IF-ED), the lens delivers 2.7x magnification (area ration is7.65x). Providing ultra-high magnification, the lens offers ample working distance for easy lighting.

Optional adapter ring allows to stack UCL-330 or UCL-165 M67 in front for even higher magnification …

A killer lens for many of enthusiastic macro lovers!

Compatible Lens

  • 60mm-100mm range macro lens for full-frame SLR (*1)
  • 40mm-60mm range macro lens exclusively designed for APS-C (*1)
  • 45mm-60mm range macro lens (*1), standard zoom lens (*2) for Micro Four Thirds
  • Compact digital camera with maximum optical zoom 5x or less (*2)

Product Features

  • The lens is consists of 4 elements in 3 groups using high refractive index glass to accommodate with a macro lens for full-frame digital SLR with compact body yet delivering high magnification and superior image quality.  Also compatible with compact/mirrorless digital cameras. (*1)
  • The UCL-67 is an ultra-high magnification close-up lens with underwater focal length 67mm (equivalent to +15 diopter) delivering maximum magnification 2.76x [area ratio: 7.65x] when using for 100mm range macro lens for SLR at the minimum focusing distance. (*2)
  • Designed sole use underwater to provide unparalleled high quality image as underwater close-up lens and effectively suppress aberrations in all focal range considering it ultra high magnification.
  • While the UCL-67 delivers high magnification, it still offers long working distance.  When using with 100mm range macro lens for SLR, working distance is 52mm (83.4mm from housing port surface) at minimum focusing distance (*2).  Together with its compact size, the lens supports friendly lighting even at minimum focusing distance.
  • Employing achromatic lens effectively suppresses chromatic aberration and anti-reflection coating on all surfaces suppresses flare/ghost.
  • Optional Lens Adapter Ring for UCL-67 allows to stack another INON M67 series close-up lens (UCL-165M67/UCL-330 on the front side of UCL-67 for even higher magnification (*3).
  • The UCL-67 M67 has M67 screw mount to provide wide versatility.
  • The UCL-67 LD is to use for lockable INON 28LD Mount Base and LD Lens Adapter Base to support easy, speedy yet reliable installation.

(*1) Usable zoom range is between 60mm and 100mm (35mm film equivalent). Beyond this range, there will be vignetting at wider side and deteriorated image quality at telephoto side.

(*2) When using for AF-S VR Micro-Nikkor 105mm f/2.8G IF-ED

(*3) Any other higher magnification close-up lens, UCL-100M67 or UCL-67 cannot be combined as they significantly degrade image quality.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

That depends on where you live and whether we have an item in stock or not. While we do have many items in stock, we don't carry everything. If you need an item in a hurry, it's a good idea to contact us and find out if your item is in stock.

If we have it in stock, we can usually send it out as soon as we receive payment, or you can pick it up. If an item is not in stock, we'll need to order it from our suppliers, which means it can take 1-2 weeks to arrive at your door (usually closer to a week).

Sometimes delivery can take longer, if our manufacturers are out of stock, for example, but this is unusual - we let customers know as soon as possible if something like this happens.

How do you ship my NZ orders?

We use New Zealand Post Courier to ship orders. You may organise an alternative with us by contacting us directly. New Zealand Post aims for next-day delivery nationwide between major towns and cities in the North Island. South Island delivery can take two days.
